PURPOSE: To ease a shock in gearing to planet gears so as to accomplish reduction of noise and vibration in a device by installing an annulus in a planet gear shifting unit via a vibration preventing member arranged in a clearance between a housing member and it.
CONSTITUTION: In a planetary gear device 1 serving as a flange type gear motor having an electric motor M, two stages of planet gear shifting units U (Ui, Uo) individually consisting of a sun gear 2, an annulus 3, and a planet carrier body 6, in which planet gears 5 are integrally built in a carrier 4 freely rotationally, are built in a housing member 7. The annulus 3 is installed in the housing 7 via a vibration preventing member E arranged in a radius gap G formed between the housing 7 and it. In other words, the annuluses 3i, 3o are formed as punched lamination bodies of punched plates 9, while the vibration preventing member E, which is an O-ring made of rubber, especially made of oil-proof rubber, is arranged in a V-shaped or U-shaped installing groove separately formed in the outer circumference between the adjacent punched plates 9 and spacers 13a, 13B.
