Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce cost and to make it possible to enhance accuracy while maintaining appropriate strength by forming an internal gear of a planetary gear mechanism by overlapping gears made of punched metallic sheets and employing torque limitters engaging with respective gears independently to restrict rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a slight phase difference is produced between overlapped, punch- made gears 12a, 12a, with the gears working, different reactional forces work on respective gears 12a and 12a. And the gear 12a on which a greater reactional force is exerted balances with a pressing force of a torque limitter 13 under a condition where the gear 12a deviates as far as its phase agrees approximately with that of the other gear 12a. If this condition continues for a long period of time, an engaging portion 12b of the gear 12a gradually extends. As a result, after the long period of continuation of such a condition, the phases agree even when the gears are not working, and the gears 12a and 12a respectively receive approximately a same pressing force from the torque limitter 13 even when the gears are working. Accordingly, by employing multiple, punch-made gears, it is made possible to obtain an appropriate strength, and by employing the torque limitter, it is made possible to enhance accuracy and to reduce costs.
