To provide a planetary gear transmission unit capable of withstanding a large load.
The planetary gear transmission unit 10 includes: a ring gear 17; a sun gear 18; a planetary carrier 19 for driving a plurality of planetary shaft 12 to which a planetary gear 11 is rotatably fitted by means of a planetary bearing 13. The planetary shaft is a flex pin shaft 12, and each of the flex pin shafts 12 includes a pair of planetary gears 11, and each of the pair of the planetary gears 11 is a single helical type planetary gear having a helix angle opposite to a helix angle of the other planetary gear 11 of the pair. This invention further provides a gear box 20 which includes the planetary gear transmission unit 10, and a wind turbine including the gear box 20.
