Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly work while compensating unevenness in out of roundness or the like and to transmit power through a smooth rolling contact, by arranging elasticity of inscribed rings to larger than of planetary rolling members. CONSTITUTION:Plural planetary rolling members 3 are arranged by a retainer 2 at an equal distance to the periphery of a sun shaft 1, then inscribed rings 4, 5 are mounted to the periphery of the member 3, and then output rings 11, 12 consisting of a rigid member having an internal diameter smaller than each external diameter of the rings 4, 5 are fitted to respectively contract the diameter of the rings 4, 5 and apply contact pressure to a rolling contact part, that is, to an area between rollers 31, 32 and the shaft 1, the roller 32 and the ring 4 and the roller 33 and the ring 5. Accordingly, assembly work is facilitated, while the total sum of unevenness in out of roundness, cylindricity, etc. of the shaft 1 and the rings 4, 5 and a mutual difference between diameters of the members 3 and their out of roundness, concentricity, cylindricity, etc. can be compensated by the elasticity of the rings 4, 5 to obtain stable contact pressure in each part.
