Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized planetary reduction gear as a whole by constructing a planetary mechanism of friction roilers for sizing a sun member and a planetary member smaller. CONSTITUTION:A planetary roller 10 is arranged to be in touch with the periphery of sun roller 9 rotating round an input shaft 8. A shaft 11 of this planetary roller 10 is made eccentric from its axis, and pivotted on an eccentric shaft 12 to be easily oscillated. Since it is also in touch with the inner circumference of a fastening ring 5, when the fastening ring 5 is pushed by a push ring 7, the inner diameter of the fastening ring 5 is reduced, and the planetary roller 10 is pushed to the sun roller 9. This construction prevents slippings between the fastening roller 5 and the planetary roller 10 and between the planetary roller 10 and the sun roller 9, and permits to endure a high load easily at a great reduction ratio.
