Inner pinion rollers 63 are arranged between the sun roller 21 and ring rollers 22, 32 while being brought into contact with the sun roller 21, and outer pinion rollers 23, 33 are brought into contact with the inner pinion rollers 63 and ring rollers 22, 32 with the center shafts of the outer pinion rollers offset with respect to a straight line perpendicular to the center shaft of the sun roller 21 and the center shafts of the inner pinion rollers 63. Pressing force acting on the contact portions of the ring roller 22 and outer pinion roller 23 becomes stronger than pressing force acting on the contact portions of the sun roller 21 and inner pinion rollers 63, and the pressing force is increased from the sun roller 21 to the ring roller 22.
