Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of using expensive material for an elastic ring by installing an elastic ring and has a U-shaped section which is divided into two parts in the axial direction, and allowing a steress generated at the inner peripheral part of the elastic ring to be dispersed. CONSTITUTION:When the outer peripheral part 1a of an elastic ring 1 is compressed in the axial direction, said ring 1 is deformed as shown in the figure, and bulged deformation is generated on the inner peripheral part 1b. Said deformation generates the press-contact force of a roller. Since the elastic ring 1 is divided, stress can be dispersed, and the necessity of using expensive material for the elastic ring 1 can be obviated.
