Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary roller type traction drive capable of suppressing or preventing occurrence of irregular rotation resulting from the clearance between the inner circumference of a planetary roller and the outer circumference of a radial bearing without requiring high cost, and thereby ensuring high rotation accuracy and low cost.SOLUTION: First and second radial bearings 19 and 20 are arranged in two rows between an outer circumference of a pin 16 and an inner circumference of a corresponding planetary roller 13 in a state in which the first and second radial bearings 19 and 20 face each other in thrust directions X1 and X2. A first inner ring 31 is externally fitted into a first area 22 by interference fit. A second inner ring 36 is externally fitted into a second area 23 by clearance fit. An elastic member 50 is interposed between the second radial bearing 20 and a carrier body 10. The elastic member 50 elastically presses the second inner ring 36 in the first thrust direction X1.
