To provide a plant cultivation bed capable of shielding the intrusion of external heat to a housed pot, reducing the localization of fertilizer application or the like among respective plants and performing uniform cultivation by providing the plant cultivation bed with a heat insulation property.
In this plant cultivation bed 1 provided with one or more pot holes 3 for fitting the pot for plant cultivation and constituted of a container 2 made of styrene foam or the like, the plant cultivation bed 1 is provided with the heat insulation property. Also, it is preferable that the plant cultivation bed 1 is provided with an inclined part 2a for accelerating the flow-in of watering and the fertilizer application or the like to the pot hole 3 around the entrance of the pot hole 3. Also, it is preferable to constitute the plant cultivation device by providing it with the plant cultivation bed 1, a hollow supporting body for housing the plant cultivation bed 1 and a fluid flow sending means for sending the flow of fluid inside the supporting body.
