To provide a cultivation system for saving labor in and automating nutrient solution soil culture, using a cultivation bed filled with water or nutrient solution.
This cultivation system comprises using a long and narrow water tank 3 filled with water or nutrient solution 4 as a cultivation bed, floating a ship-like tray 1 in which a plant cultivation supporting body 8, a sheet-like separator material 7 and a mulching member 9 on the nutrient solution 4 or the like in the water tank 3, intermittently supplying the water or nutrient solution 4 with a water sprinkling means 2 arranged above the mulching member 9, and continuously performing plant cultivation while moving the ship-like tray 1 as a plant cultivation unit in the fixed cultivation bed.
