To provide a plant cure sheet capable of having heat insulation property and suppressing dew condensation in a cold environment and a laying device using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a plant cure sheet comprising a fiber cloth whose permeability in JIS L 1096 A method (Frazier method) is 400 cm/cms or greater and light transmission factor is 70% or greater. There is also provided a laying device using the same plant cure sheet formed by connecting a cylinder which has connection means on an outer peripheral face thereof along an axial direction and the plant cure sheet through the connection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
