Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make diagnosis for failure in accordance with the plant operating condition. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus characteristics study part 7 stores the diagnostic characteristics data for apparatus in accordance with the operating condition in advance during the test of plant. At the time of operating, a diagnostic schedule preparing part 8 takes out the data in accordance with the operating condition from a data memory part 3 and prepares the items for plant diagnosis and the diagnostic schedule. A diagnostic apparatus characteristics extraction part 9 extracts the diagnostic characteristics data from the apparatus characteristics study part 7 according to the diagnostic items and schedule. An apparatus characteristics evaluation part 10 evaluates the apparatus with failure on the basis of the apparatus data and the diagnostic characteristics data.
