Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect failure and abnormality at an apparatus in a seawater desalination plant at an earlier stage and to inform proper measures to an operator determining causes based on the contents of detection.SOLUTION: A plant failure warning sign detecting and recovering support system comprises: a detecting means 6 of the failure of an apparatus constituting a seawater desalination plant 2; and a detecting means 7 of the abnormality of the water quality of a fluid (seawater and fresh water) flowing at the inside of the apparatus. A plurality of countermeasures for recovering the seawater desalination plant 2 are informed from the result of the detecting means 6 and 7.
