Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten the time covering the occurrence of a plant fault through the temporary restart of operation of the plant.

CONSTITUTION: A sequence circuit equipment operating/detecting part K includes a normal sequence circuit 16 and a bypass circuit 12 which carries on the automatic operation of a plant in place of the fault part if caused in the circuit 16. Then a program is built into an automatic operation control part C to start the circuit 12. Furthermore a monitoring part W includes an abnormality treating part Y which starts the program of the part C.
