Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily treat a wooden waste material such as a trunk or a branch pruned from a tree by a plant fiberizing system without incinerating the same.
SOLUTION: A plant fiberizing machine 4 comprises a primary crushing cutter 5 for crushing a wooden waste material into coarse chips, a secondary crushing cutter 6 more finely crushing the coarse chips into further finer chips, a sorter removing foreign matter from the chips and a plant fiberizing matching 4 crushing and kneading chips from which foreign matter is removed to separate fibers. By this constitution, the separated fibers are reutilized as org. fertilizer of a plant. When a drive source for operating the crushing means (crusher 2) and the plant fiberizing means (plant fiberizing machine 4) is mounted on an automatic vehicle other than these means, the wooden waste material can be successively processed at a place where the wooden waste material is generated.
