Abstract:
To keep a degree of reliability of a ranking processing result even to a facility where an operation changes high.SOLUTION: A plant instrument condition collection system is disclosed that includes: a network construction device that constructs a network; a detection device that detects a condition of a plant instrument arranged in a plant, and transmits condition information representing the condition thereof to the network; and a data monitor device that stores the condition information transmitted to the network, in which the data monitor device comprises: a ranking processing unit that ranks the condition of the plant instrument on the basis of a relationship between the condition information on the plant instrument and a threshold associated with the plant instrument; and a threshold update processing unit that updates the threshold every given period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
