Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform a maintenance by a maintenance member corresponding to a voice vocalized from a voice call means, by taking out automatically a bit of prescribed information regarding a plant gauge when the maintenance member in a plant site inputs a voice, and vocalizing it as the voice to the maintenance member by the voice call means. CONSTITUTION:A voice receiving means 21 receives a radio signal outputted from a voice call means 20, and demodulates it to a voice signal, then outputting it to a speech recognizing means 22. The speech recognizing means 22 recognizes the voice signal supplied from the voice receiving means 21, and encodes it in a prescribed pattern and outputs it. And at a control console 7, the bit of stored information regarding the plant gauge, or a raw data for a plant read out from a control station 6, corresponding to a pattern encoded by the speech recognizing means 22, is collected, and it is outputted to a voice synthesizing means 23.
