When data listing of a plant 12 is requested from a mobile terminal 11, the data retrieval means 22 of a human interface 15 is operated by radio, the data retrieval result is transmitted to the mobile terminal 11 by radio, and common data with the human interface 15 are listed in the mobile terminal 11. Accordingly, the conformity of the data can be ensured. When the reading or writing of required data from the listed data is requested from the mobile terminal 11, the data access processing means 25 of the human interface 15 is operated by radio, and the processing result for such a request is transmitted to the mobile terminal 11 and displayed on the mobile terminal 11. Accordingly, the operation on the mobile terminal side 11 can be surely performed.
