PURPOSE: To speedily judge the conditions of a plant at a glance in terms of macro by simultaneously displaying measured values concerning respective measuring items and arithmetic values calculated based on these measured values on one screen of a CRT while dividing those values into the respective groups of production related information, security related information and product quality information.
CONSTITUTION: An abnormal state detecting means 4 compares meter indicated values or arithmetic values fetched from a process computer 2 through a process data input means 3 with managing values in fixed cycles and outputs those values while classifying them into the three stages of a normal state, deviation abnormal state and alarm generating state. The data classified into the three stages are divided into the three groups of the production related information, security related information and product quality information by a data dividing means 5 based on a classification master. The divided data are displayed on one screen of the CRT by a data display means 6 based on a display master while being summarized by deviation bars concerning the respective data. Therefore, the conditions and tendency of the plant can be judged at a glance in terms of macro by the small number of operators.
