PURPOSE: To set the operation record data searching conditions rapidly and easily by searching the data number and the start-up/stop date and time even when the data number and the start-up/stop date and time are unknown.

CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of an operation record data searching and processing part 6 which searches the data from an operation record data base 51 based on the searching conditions set by a searching conditions setting and processing part 8, a start-up/stop date and time searching and processing part 62 which searches the start-up/stop date and time from a start-up/stop date and time data base 52 and uses the searching result as the searching conditions and a data number searching and processing part 63 which searches the data number of the operation data from a data number data base 53 and uses the searching result as the searching conditions. Each searching result is displayed on a CRT display 10.
