PURPOSE: To provide a plant operation training supporting device by which a trainee can independently learn the operation of a plant and operations without requiring an instructor.
CONSTITUTION: This plant operation training supporting device 1 is provided with a correspondence operation filing device 6 for storing simulated operation information relating to the operation of the plant and information relating to correction based on an operated result, etc., and a display device 5 for displaying the information and supplying instructions to the trainee. Further, this device is composed of an input device 2 operated corresponding to the instructions, a judging device 4 for comparing input data with the data stored in the correspondence operation filing device, letting training continued when the operation is correct, letting the training tentatively suspended and displaying the correct operation and the meaning at the display device when the operation is an error and cancelling the suspension and letting the training restarted when the correct operation is performed by it and a processor 3 for performing processing such as the taking out and conversion, etc., of the data among the respective devices.
