Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a plant surveillance device capable of indicating data relating to an alarm on a screen with one touch operation or automatically in case of generating alarm. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit CPU is provided, which writes plant data on a present value table 2, periodically compares the content of a present value table with the content of an alarm limit table 3, judges whether the alarm is issued and sets the compared result in a state flag table. The central processing unit CPU has a judgment process result table 5 consisting of the state flag table and a corresponding screen number column and scans periodically the state flag table column. If it detects the setting of the alarm flag, it sends the alarm signal to an alarm information device 7.
