Title:
PLANT TRANSPORTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6044408
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow a plant to be erected easily and quickly even at an extremely cold area by sliding the plant on an ice board provided on the ground to transport it to the predetermined position when erecting the plant at the extremely cold area.

CONSTITUTION: When a plant 1 is to be constructed at an extremely cold area such as the arctic circle, a previously constructed plant 1 is towed to the predetermined position where it is to be landed through a waterway 2 during the open-water season in summer, then it is temporarily installed on a mount bed 7 on the ground 3 by a proper means. Under this condition, the ground surface 9 is flatly smoothed from the shore to the plant installation position, and partition members 8 are laid in parallel on the flatly smoothed portion to form a recessed groove 11. In the severe winter season, the surface where the partition members 8 are in contact with the ground surface 9 and coupling sections 10 are frozen to become airtight, and water is sprinkled and frozen in the recessed groove 11 to form an ice board 12. Then, the mount bed 7 is removed to mount the plant 1 on a slide bed 13, and the plant 1 is towed and slided on the ice board 12 to be transported to the installation position.
