To freely attach a planter to a pipe constituting a temporary frame by adjustably attaching a pair of pinching members which pinches side walls of the planter from both sides by lock parts and a fixing member which engages with the top edge of a side wall by a hook part on a mount for mounting the planter.
A pair of pinching members 2, 2 which pinch wide-width side walls P1 by lock parts 2a, 2b formed by bending their tips upward are provided in such a state as being horizontally put in and out on a mount 1 for mounting a planter. A fixing member 3 which engages the top edge of a narrow-width side wall P2 of a planter P by a hook part 3a formed by bending its tip is provided and a clamp member 4 detachably attached to a pipe Y for temporary installation is provided in the bottom of the mount 1. The fixing member 3 which has a slide groove 3b of a fixed length is connected to a support member installed on the mount 1 via the slide groove 3b by a screw so as to be adjustably attached to the mount 1.
