A water tank 12 is put into a planter body 11. The depth (d) of the water tank from the overflow edge 13 to the bottom 14 is made to be smaller than the depth (D) of the planter body (D>d). A water leaking hole 15 is opened at the lower part of the planter body 11 extending from the overflow edge 13 to the bottom face 14. A water-passing gap 16 extending from the overflow edge 13 to the water leaking hole 15 is formed between the water tank 12 and the planter body 11.
