The planter has a planting container 26 in which a vegetal is planted and a bending section 22 which is attached to the planting container 26, has moderate elasticity, and is three leg sections grounded on the ground. The bending section 22 has a stage section 24 which projects outside and the stage section 24 is elasticity deformed to be fixed to the plantar stand 32 separately provided. A frame member 12 is formed on the outside of the planting container 26, the bending section 22 is formed by connection of both edges of a curved bar structural to the frame member 12, and the stage section 24 is formed by bending the vicinity of the base end section of the bending section 22 in an L shape.
