Abstract:
To provide plasma kallikrein antibodies binding to active plasma kallikrein and methods of using such antibodies in treating and preventing hereditary angioedema attack.SOLUTION: The method comprises administering to a subject in need thereof an antibody that binds to the same epitope as DX-2930 or competes against DX-2930 for binding to active plasma kallikrein at multiple doses in a first treatment period, where the antibody is administered in multiple doses of about 150 mg or about 300 mg in the first treatment period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
