Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma melting system and a plasma melting method which can supply melting liquid efficiently and quickly, can suppress waste of energy, and can improve quality of the melting liquid.SOLUTION: In a plasma melting system 10, a melting furnace 11 is composed of a melting tank 15 positioned at an upper part and a temperature control tank 16 positioned at a lower part. The melting tank 15 is movable to a melting position and a non-melting position. The temperature control tank 16 is movable to a melting liquid reception position and a melting liquid non-reception position. Melting liquid 14 melted by the melting tank 15 at the melting position is received by the temperature control tank 16 at the melting liquid reception position. Preparatory operation for melting in the melting tank 15 at the non-melting position is performed, and preparatory operation for receiving the melting liquid 14 in the temperature control tank 16 at the melting liquid non-reception position is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
