Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plasma torch for cladding by welding of the inner surface where the cladding by welding can be executed on the inner surface of a tube of small inner diameter.
CONSTITUTION: A torch body 1 consists of a first and a second torch bodies 2, 3 which are respectively supported by a pair of torch supporting means 5, 6 and a nozzle body 4. A power supply cable 21 of one polarity to be connected to the pilot power source and the plasma power source, a cooling water supply passage FP1 for cooling the electrode, a first cooling water supply passage FP2 for cooling the body, a first powder supply passage FP3, and a first shield gas supply passage FP4 are arranged in a first torch body 2. A power supply cable 31 of the other polarity to be connected to the pilot power source, a second cooling water supply passage FP6 for cooling the body, a second powder supply passage FP7, and a second shield gas supply passage FP8 and a plasma gas supply passage FP5 are arranged in a second torch body 3.
