Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma treatment detection indicator where the generation of fine fiber pieces and colored pigments in a powdery shape from a base material during plasma treatment is evaded (or prevented), and also, at color measurement after plasma treatment, the influence by the chromaticity of measurement places is not received.SOLUTION: Provided is a plasma treatment detection indicator in which a color changing layer whose color is changed in a plasma treatment atmosphere is at least laminated on a part or the whole of the surface of a base material, and is characterized in that: (1) the base material is made of a transparent synthetic resin base material; and (2) the back face of the base material is provided with a colored layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
