Abstract:
To provide an improved malaria vaccine and further provide an improved malaria antibody.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fragment of Plasmodiun circumsporozoite protein represented by a specific sequence, a nucleic acid encoding the fragment, a composition comprising the fragment, and an antibody binding to the fragment. The inventive antibody can specifically bind to P. falciparum sporozoites and can be used for prevention and/or treatment of malaria.SELECTED DRAWING: None
