Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate end material of a plaster board consisting of card boards on the outside and a central plaster board part into paper and the plaster.
SOLUTION: The first biaxial rolls 2 which compress a plaster board from both surfaces and coarsely grind the plaster are provided below a hopper 1 into which the plaster board is fed. In addition, a pair of releasing guides 3 and 4 which release papers on both surfaces passed through the first biaxial rolls 2 and guide them respectively in the left and right slanting downward directions and the second and the third biaxial rolls 5 and 6 which compress the papers and the plaster remaining thereon on the lower end sides of the releasing guides 3 and 4 and furthermore, finely grind the plaster are provided. In addition, the first and the second screens 7 and 8 for separating the papers and the plaster are obliquely provided below the first to the third biaxial rolls 2, 5 and 6 and are vibrated by means of a vibrating device 9.
