Abstract:
To provide a plastic bottle capable of suppressing the occurrence of irregular deformation caused by pressure reduction in the bottle.SOLUTION: The plastic bottle comprises: a mouth; a shoulder connected to the mouth; a trunk connected to the shoulder; and a bottom connected to the trunk. The trunk has n (n is an integer of 3 or more) rib clusters provided in parallel along a circumferential direction of the trunk. Each rib cluster includes a first rib located on the shoulder side and a second rib located on the bottom side. The first rib has a first straight part substantially parallel to a vertical direction of the plastic bottle, and first and second slopes inclined at prescribed angles with respect to the vertical direction of the plastic bottle. The second rib has a second straight part substantially parallel to the vertical direction of the plastic bottle, and third and fourth slopes inclined at prescribed angles to the vertical direction of the plastic bottle. In a side view, the first and second straight parts are substantially located on the same straight line along the vertical direction of the plastic bottle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
