To provide a plastic ceiling material hardly separated before fixing with a screw during assembly and allowing assembly with the screws to be easy due to inclined surfaces of a joining part and easily assembled by temporary positioning in a horizontal direction and enabling coupling of one constituent member and the other constituent member easily and accurately.
One constituent member 1 and the other constituent member 2 of a pair of the constituent members are joined in a way to be superposed. A joining surface 4 is positioned in an inclined surface of a projected protrusion 3 in one constituent member 1 and a mounting flange 5 is positioned to cover the joining surface 4 of one constituent member 1 in the other constituent member 2. A step part 6 is formed at a top end of the projected protrusion 3 in one constituent member 1 and a step part 7 corresponding to the step part 6 in one constituent member 1 is formed in the other constituent member 2. A flange part 5 in the other constituent member 2 is assembled with one constituent member 1 in a way to surround the protrusion 3 of one constituent member 1 so as to constitute the ceiling material.
