Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispose a spring element in a closure so as to be hid completely in a closing state of the closure by providing a respective wall region of twice length of the spring element laid parallel with main film hinges on a first portion and on a second portion.
CONSTITUTION: A closure consists of a first portion as a lower part 10 mounted on a top of a container, a second portion as a cap 20, and a hinge 30 to connect the first portion and the second portion in a united body. The lower part 10 includes a tubular wall body 11, which is completely sealed except a pouring mouth 13 by a cover 12. Similarly, the cap 20 includes a tubular wall 21 having the same diameter as the wall 11 of the lower part 10, and is closed with a cover 22. The hinge 30 consists of a main film hinge 31 and a spring element 32 which is connected to the lower part 10 at one end, to the cap 20 at the other through thin parts 36 formed as an adjoining hinge. In a complete closing state of the plastic closure, both of the thin parts 36 are at the same level height.
