Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely obtain a composite sheet by a method wherein a heat-melted and plasticized plastic material is extruded into a sheet-like shape and a non-woven fabric is laminated thereon under a condition where this plastic sheet has adhesiveness and both sheets are passed through polishing rolls.
SOLUTION: A plastic material being polypropylene fed from a hopper 1a is heat-melted and plasticized in an extruder 1 and then, it is extruded toward a T-die 2 and a wide polypropylene sheet PP is outputted from the T-die and polishing and cooling are performed during passing through polishing rolls 3a-3c. On the other hand, a non-woven fabric NW after an appropriate printing is performed is fed to the polishing rolls 3b and 3c and the non-woven fabric and the polypropylene sheet PP which still has enough adhesive force are pressed and contact-bonded by means of the polishing rolls 3b and 3c. Polypropylene is penetrated into fibers of the non-woven fabric thereby and they are surely contact-bonded.
