The first piece F and the second piece S are connected to each other by a hinge part G with a predetermined rotation axis line A. A protrusive part V and a groove part C both being parallel to the predetermined rotation axis line A and engaging with each other to hold the plastic film are mounted on the first piece F and the second piece S. An outward recessed part EO is mounted on the radially outward side on the base part side of the protrusive part V of the first piece F, and an outward protrusive part EP is mounted at a position corresponding to the outward recessed part EO on the radially outward side of the groove part C of the second piece S. When the outward recessed part EO engages with the outward protrusive part EP and the second piece S deforms elastically so that the outward protrusive part EP is displaced radially outward while the protrusive part V engages with the groove part C, the engagement of the outward recessed part EO with the outward protrusive part EP is released.
