Title:
PLASTIC FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01259160
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of deviation and a wrinkle at the time of sliding or winding by regulating the amplitude of static electricity to the specified range after vapor-depositing metal on the surface of a plastic film and allowing the maximum point and the minimum point of static electricity to exist at two points or more.

CONSTITUTION: A vapor-deposited film of metal such as Al, Zn, Cu, Ag, Sn, Cd and Ni is formed at least on single surface of a plastic film having ≤20μm thickness of a polyolefin film such as the films made of PP and PE. The amplitude of static electricity in the case of an electrified state is regulated to 0.5W10V after the metallic vapor deposition of this plastic film and both the maximum point and the minimum point of static electricity are allowed to exist at two points or more per 10cm length of the width direction on the surface of the film respectively. Deviation and a wrinkle are prevented from being generated on the surface when the film is wound at ≥400m/min velocity.
