Abstract:

To provide a plastic filter for water cleaner prefilters which is a porous filter obtained by the sinter molding of a thermoplastic plastic material, has a uniform porosity, retains a low pressure loss, and has a stable collecting capability.

This plastic filter, obtained by the sinter molding of a thermoplastic plastic material, has a porosity of 20-60 vol.%, a filtration accuracy capable of collecting 5-100 μm dust, and a pressure loss of 20-600 mmAq at a quantity of dry airflow of 10 m3/m2.min.
