To provide a plastic greenhouse the inside of which can be economically warmed, and which enables recycle of residual resources caused from agriculture, forestry and fisheries, food processing, water supply and sewerage, and the like.
The plastic greenhouse 1 is structured by stretching a film 3 on a frame 2 composed by combination of a plurality of pipes or aggregate, wherein a groove-like belt 6 is provided at the inside peripheral part of the greenhouse, organic wastes are piled on the groove-like belt 6 to subject the organic wastes to composting and fermenting treatment to utilize the generated fermentation heat so as to warm the inside of the greenhouse. At the inside of the groove-like belt 6, the frame is formed through combining a plurality of pipes or aggregates and the film is stretched over the frame to form the plastic greenhouse with inside and outside double films.
