To solve the problem that when films having a thickness of several microns or less among wasted plastics are pulverized, the resultant has a high mass coefficient and thus they are not grasped by a screw only by their weight upon manufacturing recycling materials therefrom by using an extrusion molding apparatus.
A quantitative determining feeder (1) equipped with no heating apparatus is connected to a forced draft apparatus (7) equipped with no heating apparatus and an extrusion molding apparatus (8) equipped with a heating apparatus to give, as an apparatus for molding a recycling material R, an apparatus having a hopper of a circular cylinder shape having a bottom cap. Using the apparatus, a recycling material having a high mass coefficient is molded by drafting the material freely into the feeder (1), followed by pressing in a cylinder. In the hopper having a circular cylinder shape is equipped with a rotating blade having an iron palisade shape, i.e. a skeleton shape, and therefore the apparatus is not stopped to operate by clogging with a material and rotation of the blade can freely be selected.
