Abstract:
To increase bending rigidity in a longitudinal direction while reducing the weight and achieve such flexibility as to be deformed in a transverse direction.SOLUTION: In a plastic laminate 1, a plate material is joined to one surface of a center core that has projections 3G provided between trapezoid grooves and has a wavy cross-sectional shape, the center core and the plate material are fiber-reinforced plastic in which plastic is embedded with a carbon fiber, and the center core has a trapezoid shape composed of joint plate parts 3A joined to the plate material on the top surface, connection parts of the trapezoid groove bottom and planar inclination plate parts connected to the joint plate parts 3A and the connection parts at an obtuse angle, reinforcement rib parts 1H in which the trapezoid groove opening of the center core is blocked with the plate material and laminate deformation parts 1S composed of the joint plate parts 3A and the plate material are alternately arranged, the reinforcement rib part 1H has such a hollow cylindrical shape that a cross-sectional shape is a tapered shape from the connection parts toward the plate material, and the laminate deformation part 1S has a two-layer structure of the plate material and the joint plate parts 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
