Abstract:
PURPOSE: To omit a process for applying a coating agent in order to improve the adhesion of a primary molding member and a secondary molding member after molding, to dispense with a washing process using liquid fluorocarbon becoming an environmental pollution source and to also dispense with the break-in operation of the primary and secondary molding members.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 1 using a polyester liquid crystal polymer and a bearing 2 using a crystalline resin are combined and the bearing 2 generates the rotatable clamping force to the rotary shaft 1 by its molding shrinking force.
