PURPOSE: To position material to be carried accurately on an inclined surface given a plastic molding for efficient molding by forming a vertical hole and a projection on one side thereof in such a manner as to eliminate any undercut section.
CONSTITUTION: A convex section 6 and a concave section 7 are provided on an inclined surface of a die in the direction 4 of opening thereof to form a vertical hole or projection on one side of a molding in such a manner that other portions thereof are formed parallel to the direction of opening the die to eliminate undercut sections 6a and 7a (as shown by the broken line) in the hole and projection. A material to be carried is placed on an inclined surface of the molding 8 which is formed by molding metal dies 1 and 2 thus arranged in such a manner as to be given a projection and a concave section 14 at a position at which they will be fitted into the hole 10 and the projection 11 on the plastic molding 8. In this manner, the movement of the molding 8 in the direction A is checked on the left side of the hole 10 while the movement thereof in the direction B is checked on the left side of the projection 11 thereby securely positioning the material 12 to be carried.
