Title:
PLASTIC OPTICAL PARTS HAVING ULTRAVIOLET ABSORPTIVE ANTIREFLECTION FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06148402
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the plastic optical parts which have a high refractive index, have excellent light resistance, weatherability and water resistance and are free from degradation in transparency by yellowing and haze by using an inorg. oxide having UV absorptivity for multilayered antireflection films.

CONSTITUTION: These plastic optical parts are formed by laminating a film consisting essentially of organo-polysiloxane and the particulate inorg. acid compd. and the antireflection films, at least one layer of which consist of the inorg. oxide having the UV absorptivity in this order on the surface of a transparent base body consisting essentially of a resin contg. sulfur. The organo- polysiloxane is the org. silicon compd. expressed by formula and/or its hydrate. In the formula, R is 1 to 10C org. group; R1 is 1 to 6C hydrocarbon group; X is a hydrolysis group; a and b is 0 or 1. The particulate inorg. oxide is incorporated at ≥5wt.% and ≤80wt.% into the film. The inorg. oxide having the UV absorptivity is a vacuum vapor deposited film.
