Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member whose parts can be controlled with ease, which ensures the operator to correctly secure parts and can be slid at a specified position and surely be locked even if there is a little scattering in the dimension of plastic pipes, and whose locking position can be changed with ease.
SOLUTION: In a connecting member comprising a fitting body 1 having an inner core section 4, in either a collar section 2 or 3 of which unevenness 5 is etched, center ring 7 and outer ring 14, with the center ring 7 engaged inside of the outer ring 14 with a play, the pipe end of a plastic pipe 21 is inserted into the inside space, and the pipe end of the plastic pipe 21 is made to slide to the outer peripheral surface of the inner core section 4 and externally fitted by the center ring 7 and the outer ring 14, and can be pressed from the outside to be locked.
