At least a contact part of the working tool 7 with the work 10 is formed of the hard alloy which consists of the hard phase consisting of tungsten carbide particles and the bond phase consisting of at least one kind to be selected among Ni, Cr and their compounds, in which the weight ratio of the bond phase is 5-25% and the oxidation increase is ≤2 g/m2 during the heating for one hour in the atmosphere at the temperature of 900°C.
