To provide an inexpensive plastic working lubricant for an aluminum alloy with a sufficient drying property, an excellent dispersibility of an aluminum powder and an excellent lubrication property capable of more uniformly performing oil-coating by an electrostatic oil-coating apparatus and having problems of a smell and a skin roughness, and a manufacturing method for a fin material for a heat exchanger using it.
The plastic working lubricant for the aluminum alloy comprises a base oil comprising a non-aroma mineral oil and/or isoparaffin, a fitst additive comprising a fatty acid ester represented by a general formula: R1-COO-R2, and a second additive comprising an anion surfactant, a cation surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant, and can be oil-coated by an electrostatic oil-coating method. The additive is contained at 0.1% to 10%, and the second additive is contained at 0.001 to 5.0%. Electric conductivity of the plastic working lubricant is 2,000 to 500,000 pS/m.
