Abstract:

To provide a plastication method which can suppress the corrosion of plastication equipment occurring when a foamed, crosslinked polyolefin is heat-plastified for a long time and operate the equipment stably and continuously, a molding and an expanded material which are plasticated by the method.

In the plastication method for the foamed, crosslinked polyolefin, when the foamed, crosslinked polyolefin resin is plasticated, (1) 1-10 mass% of an inorganic substance or (2) 20-75 mass% of a polyolefin resin of an MFR of 1 g/10 min or above is incorporated for plastication.
