Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the cutting of reinforcing fibers even when reinforcing fiber-containing pellets are plasticized in a device plasticizing staple fiber dispersed reinforced plastic.
CONSTITUTION: In a plasticizing device of the injection or extrusion molding of plastic, plate-shaped or rod-shaped solid plastic is fed by the feed roller 5 separately provided in the gap where an ultrasonic oscillation horn 2 and an anvil 3 or ultrasonic oscillation horns 2,2' are exactly opposed to each other to be plasticized.
